An often sought after yet seldomly achieved goal. Most service providers have no idea about what really creates customer delight. Humantality uses three modules with a comprehensible, logical and effective process to familiarize oneself with customer delight.


The first step is the module „Human Mentality“. It invites the participants to review their own attitude and mental disposition and to remove any possible obstacles or blockades. In the next module „Human Care“ the participants are acquainted with various tools with which they can find and analyse customer needs and how to appease these. They then develop new creative ideas to promote customer delight.

Finally, „Human Feeling“ deals with the question of how can we make delight perceptible and what effective resources can help us bind customers emotionally.
